Since its inception in 1995, the PREP has produced a number of documents related to the environmental quality of New Hampshire and Southeastern Maine’s estuarine systems. In addition, all PREP-funded projects are required to submit a final report. These documents provide information on the health of estuarine resources, summaries of project activities, and results of research studies.

Reports can be downloaded from this site or printed copies can be ordered by contacting the PREP.

PREP is part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Estuary Program, a joint program between local, state and federal agencies established under the Clean Water Act with the goal of protecting and enhancing nationally significant estuarine resources. PREP is supported in part by an EPA matching grant and is housed within the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering at the University of New Hampshire.
