Save the date for the 2014 King Tide Photo Contest Day. High tide is at 12:17pm on that Thursday and we’re hoping folks can help us capture (with the hashtag #KingTideNH) the impact of the highest tides of the year across the Seacoast.

Then that night come see the photos from the day and find out the winners! There will be cash & other prizes given away at the evening gala at the Hampton Seashell Oceanfront Pavilion at Hampton Beach, 6pm-8pm.

PREP is part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Estuary Program, a joint program between local, state and federal agencies established under the Clean Water Act with the goal of protecting and enhancing nationally significant estuarine resources. PREP is supported in part by an EPA matching grant and is housed within the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering at the University of New Hampshire.
