PREP, in partnering with the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (GBNERR), Wells Reserve at Laudholm, The New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions, and the Natural Resource Outreach Coalition, offer technical assistance related to board empowerment across the Piscataqua Region watershed. Recognizing that many board members are volunteers donating their time to their communities, the series is a two pronged approach for building both skills and empowerment of town boards. Trainings are designed to be transferrable, and material is presented by peers or through existing knowledge transfer infrastructure.
