An Invitation to Submit Proposals for Presentations, Field Trips, & Exhibits Join the Beaches Conference in celebrating our beaches and coast throughout the year. The Beaches Conference works to provide continuing opportunities for exchange of the most current information among beach and coastal stakeholders with diverse interests in order to facilitate informed decision-making. We invite you to join us in celebrating beach monitoring and stewardship, building strong partnerships, and taking informed action on coastal issues. Wetlands Bureau Rulemaking and Process Improvement Effort The NH Department of Environmental Services Wetlands Bureau On September 28, 2018, NHDES filed the initial proposals of the rules with the Office of Legislative Budget Assistant to begin the formal rulemaking process. For background information, please see the “Status of the Rules as of 11/1/18” link on the site linked below. NHDES will hold seven formal rulemaking hearings in Concord, Keene, Laconia, Lancaster, and Portsmouth between December 3 and December 13, 2018.
