Adapting Together

About This Project

Adapting Together is a new program intended to support communities of the Great Bay Watershed as they adapt to a changing climate. Beginning in 2025, the program will fund projects that help communities increase their capacity to address climate resilience in a way that is socially just and equitable, while allowing people and natural ecosystems to thrive. The planning team is currently working with communities and partners to ensure their experience, knowledge, and needs inform program design and management.

This project is supported by the Great Bay 2030 partnership, which is funded by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.
